Website Navigation

My navigation bar on my website is going to be located on the top of the website. It will include the tabs: "Home", "Overview", "Symptoms", "Treatment", and "About the Project".
On my "Overview" page I'll include a brief overview about PPD and it's statistics.
On the "Symptoms" page, I will write about the common symptoms of postpartum depression and of the prevalence of these symptoms.
On the "Treatment" page, I will write about the known treatment options of postpartum depression in depth, as well as link to other research done on postpartum depression.
On my "About the Project" page, I will give insight into why I am making this website, why I chose the topic that I chose, and how to contact me, the author.
If the visitor would like to return to the homepage, there will be a tab at the navigation bar on the top of the site entitled "Home" that they can click that will take them back to the homepage.

Blog Entry B

B. Blog Entry
a) Will your presentation use comedy and humor or is it serious?
My presentation will be serious, as the focus is postpartum depression, but hopefully the look will be light and airy, because of the theme of healing.
b) What colors, fonts, design layouts, graphs, photographs and other imagery are
appropriate for the topic?
I plan on using a lot of sky blues, and pictures of sunrises symbolizing the fact that there is hope beyond the horizon. I also plan on using pictures of mothers who are hugging their babies, which correlates to my theme of postpartum depression.
c) How is your site, video and print material persuasive?
My site will feature information about the various methods of treatment available to women suffering from this disease, so hopefully it will be persuasive as I intend on featuring a wide array of information.
e) How do you make your point of view understood?
I plan on backing up my information with credible sources and statistics. Since my project is heavily science based, I believe that this is how my website will be most effective.
f) Are you intending to create:
A clean cut lesson plan for neonatal professionals to deliver to new mothers about postpartum depression, and a cheerful and optimistic website that the mothers themselves will be able to access in order to receive information about the disease on their own.
